Joshua Leach

Director of Development

As the Director of Development, Joshua spearheads donor communication, individual fundraising and Board initiatives. In addition to supporting the needs of individual donors, he works alongside the Executive Director and Development Manager to create and execute strategic plans for organization fundraising.

Joshua Leach brings nearly 20 years of non-profit development and fundraising leadership to his role as Director of Development at Marquis Studios. Throughout his career in New York City, Joshua has spearheaded principal gift strategies, multi-year foundation partnerships, and development operations for diverse direct service, higher education, and cultural organizations—including The Brotherhood/Sister Sol, Read Alliance, and UrbanGlass. At Marquis Studios, he leads philanthropic initiatives to deepen donor engagement and advance equal access to hands-on arts education across NYC public schools. A long time NYC resident, Joshua received his B.A. in English and Africana Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges where he remains engaged in alumni relations. He also serves as Communications Committee Chair for The Toni Morrison Society.
