Rande is a retired registered nurse. She previously worked in pediatrics at Roosevelt Hospital, psychiatry at Hillside/Long Island Jewish Hospital, and as a substitute teacher at a school for developmentally disabled children in Huntington, New York. She and her husband, Ken are investors and producers of theatre in New York and London. Rande enjoys golf, swimming, kayaking,painting and reading. She is a multi media artist having studied at New York University, Parsons and ICP.
