Chermia Hoeffner

Chermia Hoeffner is a lifelong Brooklyn native, devoted former public school student and current public school parent of two teen girls. As Vice President, Human Resources at Burford Capital, Chermia is responsible for managing the global talent lifecycle at all stages and driving HR initiatives related to diversity, equity and inclusion. Prior to joining Burford, Ms. Hoeffner was Head of Human Resources at the National Audubon Society. She brings extensive HR experience from the private and not for profit sector. Chermia has a BA in English from SUNY Albany and an MBA in Management from Pace University.
